The Free Demo provides a limited PDF snapshot using WTEI defaults for advanced assumptions. It is intended for an initial screening and does not include the exact full financial statements, DSCR schedule or debt schedule.

What is the difference between Basic and Pro?

Basic provides exact top-level financial indicators for one base-case scenario in a concise PDF. Pro unlocks every available input and the full report, including IRR, NPV, DSCR, Cash Flow, P&L, Balance Sheet, debt schedule and ratios.

How quickly will I receive the result?

After you submit valid inputs, calculation usually takes about 10–30 seconds. Free results open directly. Basic and Pro reports continue through secure Stripe Checkout before access to the paid result.

Can I change the default values?

Yes. The form starts with practical default values, and you can replace every field visible in your selected report mode. Hidden assumptions are calculated or filled with WTEI defaults.

Can the online model calculate projects using waste other than MSW?

The online version currently supports municipal solid waste only. For other feedstocks, technologies or outputs, send the WTE project questionnaire so WTEI can prepare a tailored calculation.
